Now, lets get to the insights of the 3 day journey that contained hell lot of experience with loads of fun.

                              5th June "The Open House"

The main purpose  of the open house which held at Hotel Ratnawali, Jaipur,  was to interview the recruited participants and to know about the mobile phones they are using, and to know the type of mobile phone they are expecting with the price range they can afford with the best specifications and the quality over which they can say "yes!! that's the mobile phone i need".

Their were 4 stations at the Open House:

                              • Station #1: Current Phone & Technology Usage
                              • Station #2: Phone Purchasing Process - Point of Sale
                              • Station #3: Mobile Content Table
                              • Station #4: Tarako Product Demo & Testing
I was placed at the first station : Station #1: Current Phone & Technology Usage

At this table, the team include these awesome people:
                              • Peiying Mo, L10N Program Manger,Mozilla
                              • Sandip Kamat, FFOS Product Manager,Mozilla
                              • Rob Rayborn, User Advocacy,Mozilla
                              • Adit Bharadwaj,FSA Volunteer, Mozilla(me)

The participants were interviewed about their current phones, the other technology they regularly use in their lives (other mobile devices, computers, browsers, etc), as well as brands they trust and use often and they were asked about their current phone. Participants were asked to show their
phones, explain what features/functions they use most often, and what they love/hate about their phones. They were also asked about how they pay for their calls and data & how they manage that. The variety of people we interviewed, the more we got the idea about how much people think about the latest smartphones in the market. There were people working at good firms still using feature phones and the people working at a small shop having Iphone-4s.

Me( @Adit Bharadwaj) with my awesome partner  @Peiying Mo, L10N Program Manger,Mozilla

Mr.Sandip Kamat helped me with how to go about with the interview as I was the Translator for Peiying Mo and we had great fun interviewing people and hell it was exhausting because of the time limit and loads of questions to ask but it was awesome working with her (found a awesome friend that night) and the whole team.

At the end the event on 5th was a great success with our station holding the last man :D. It was one of the best session we had and below is the group picture of the whole team for the Open house. It was a great success.

                              6th June "The Community Dinner"

The Community Dinner which held at the Forresta kitchen Restaurant  was one the best dinner i have ever had. All the community members were present and joined by all the User Research team members and we enjoyed a lot with great food. At my table i was joined by Peiying Mo, Elizabeth Hunt , Osho Parth. We had the ordered traditional Rajasthani food, with Some spicy dish( which by the way had after chilly effect), some mixed Veg dish at hands and the specially  'Lassi' which gave a sweet ending. At the dinner we had some awesome talks about the growing of the open source world and  also discussed the working atmosphere at the home office in California . And at the end "The Paan" which gave a twisted ending to the dinner for everyone over there. it was awesome, some of the pictures of the community dinner below:

                              7th June "Village-City Tour"

The Team at the  Tejawala village

The Last day of the awesome  journey came and 4 people including me were selected for the village tour. We headed towards the Tejawala village near the outskirts of the Jaipur, the temperature outside was whooping 49*c. The team interviewed the villagers especially women about the mobile usage and how they are using there mobile phones, which type of mobile phones they prefer. etc... Well the team had a good experience and gathered enough information from  the visit.

After the break, we met up with the team for the evening tour. Well we visited few more places and talked to people, then we also went to block painting and blue pottery factories and at last around 8'o clock we reached Chowki Dhani for the traditional dinner and experienced Rajasthani Culture at its best.

                                                                                            Dinner at Chowki Dhani

As the day finally came to an end we bade farewell to each other.

The whole experience was very educational. I can have never have imagined the tour to be so good. Thank you #Mozilla for providing us such an opportunity by selecting our city. A special thanks to the Mozilla Research Team, seriously, u guys are awesome and I hope you guys visit India once again.
